Jochen Kleres, GCGD postdoc researcher working at the Department of Sociology and Work Science, has received an award from the International Society for Third Sector Research for his PhD thesis "AIDS Organizations as Civil Society Actors".

Presentation of book Europaperspektiv 2014: EU och de globala obalanserna in Swedish TV, channel 2 on February 7 (repeat Feb 11), 2014 with - among others - Arne Bigsten who has contributed with the chapter "Biståndets roll i att överbrygga globala obalanser: EU och Afrika". The title of the program was SVT Forum: Europaperspektiv: EU:s roll i världspolitiken (A European Perspective: EU's role in world politics).
